Jpegs are cutoff images of slides

I am using PowerPoint 2007 and I am saving my slides as JPEG and all goes
well. When I open the JPEG file the image is cutoff, the right side and the
bottom are cutoff. I am losing a quarter of the image on the conversion.
Please help.
