jpegs in ON

Hi all.

I would like to store some jpeg graphics for printout in ON (2007).
Of course it shrinks the graphic to fit in the page which is normally OK.

But to get them to print properly I need to have it at 100% of original
size. I also print it from a different program.

If I copy to the clipboard it is in the OneNote size.

Does OneNote actually keep the data in original size? And if so, how can I
get the graphic out of OneNote in this size?

Or is there a way to keep the graphic its original size in OneNote?

Or some other way?

Thanks in advance for any help in this regard.

You can insert a file into a ON page (menu: Insert-Files).

In fact you can have your cake and eat it by having the copied image and the
file attachment icon on the same page.

Yes. thanks for your reply.

I don't really want to keep links to external files since, to me, that at
least partially defeats the purpose of OneNote's keeping everything in one
place.

So, I would prefer to keep the image in OneNote without a link and still be
able to print it at original size.

Do you know if there is any way to do this?

From Help:
In Microsoft Office OneNote 2007, you can keep a *copy* of any document or
file as part of your notes by attaching it to your notebook page.
Double-clicking the attachment icon will open the document or file in its
intended program (for example, a Word document attachment will open in
Microsoft Office Word if it is installed on your computer).
OneNote does not maintain a link to the source file. If the source file is
updated later, those changes will not appear in the *copy* you attached.

So Insert-File makes a copy for the OneNote notebook. Once inserted, just
double click it and print from the associated application.

You may open the image in a graphics application [1] and copy it to the
clipboard and then past it into ON.
This will keep the size.
