JPG picture attachment in Outlook Email

[Double Pictures in Picture and Fax Viewe]

When I open a picture attached to an email in outlook, Windows Picture and
Fax Viewer opens and the picture opens AND if I click on next button another
duplicate with (2) in file name is also in the viewer. How do I stop this
from happening?

When you open an attachment directly from Outlook it will store it in a temp
folder. When you open an attachment with the same name as already in the
temp folder it will append with a number.
