JPG thumbnails not showing - BMP thumbnails show

JPG thumbnails not showing - BMP thumbnails show

I recently upgraded to Office 2003 from Office 2000. My thumbnail views in
Windows Explorer no longer show JPG's or PNG's. BMP's show up just fine.

How do I fix this?
