jpg thumbnails not viewing after upgrade to OfficePro 2003

Upgraded 3 Windows 2000 PC's from Office XP to Office Pro 2003 now I cannot
view jpg thumbnails. tif files are fine with the the Microsoft Office
Picture Manger file associations but jpg files will not work with anything I
try to assocate them with. HELP!!!!!!!

My PC has XP and I am using Fireworks and my thumbnails are fine however I
don't want to roll that out for this issue ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY
APPRECIATED!
