JPG's not showing up in Word 2007

One of the people in our office is having a problem getting the jpg graphics
to show up in Print Preview (anywhere on the screen) or when the document
actually prints, the jpg won't print with the document.

The image is within the document's margin boundaries, the jpg does not sit
behind any other images or text boxes, etc.

Why can't we get the images to show up on the screen when it's created, show
up in the Print Preview mode and to actually print when the document is
printed?
