JScript Error after applying SP2 in Web Access

Hi All,
I have applied the SP2 to my project server and now I can see everything
with Project Clients but the Web Access fails.
Whathappens is that I connect to the web access, I login succesfully, I
download the new activex controls and then I get, from any client, this:

Microsoft JScript runtime error '800a138f'
'null' is null or not an object

/ProjectServer/Shell/Shell.asp, line 529

The server is a Windows 2003 SP2 fully updated and I also have Sharepoint
Services installed. I already tried to apply the MDAC 2.8 but nothing
changed

I have fount in the internet other people experiencing this problem but no
answers about how to fix it. Maybe someone of you know how to do?
