Jumbled Images after a Compress

I pulled up this newsgroup to investigate a problem I was
having with the images on my slides getting jumbled
(trading positions) after compressing all images in the
file in PowerPoint 2002. After reading some other
people's tips on tweaks for file size, I discovered that
unchecking the "Allow fast saves" box under Tools |
Options | Save tab, corrected the problem.

Saves.)
