As well as the possibly that Speech Recognition if enabled is causing this,
make sure it definitely isn't the touchpad by going into Touchpad Setup and
disabling the mouse-click simulation and scroll (if available) features
completely.
:I have the same problem on two laptops and one desktop. My finger is not
: touching the touchpad because I am using a mouse. The cursor randomly
jumps
: to a new location just when I am going to enter a correction, or start a
new
: line. Go figure? Very little online about this, but I did find some
: postings from people complaining. Nothing in the MS searches. Help?
