Jumping text

My website uses a template page which includes the logo and tagline for the
site. This worked fine in 'preview in browser' mode - the logo and tagline
text appeared exactly in the same place on every page. However, now that I
have published the site I have noticed that, on first visit to each page, the
tagline text appears momentarily slightly to the left of its correct position
then jumps into its correct place. On subsequent visits to each page, this
problem does not occur. The tagline is inside a text box - I did this to
make it easier to position the tagline exactly where I wanted it. Can anyone
help ?
