Everytime I receive an email and mark it "not junk" the contact info ends up in my contacts.
Ive spent weeks categorizing them as junk.

Is there a way to hide them or set email to not sweat junk so I can stop collecting thousands of junk contacts?

Marking spam as "not junk" is saying it's good mail. When you select this
option, you don't have to add to the Address Book, you can just mark as not
junk, but they are junk so why are you doing this?
