Junk E-Mail Filter update September 2005 (KB904631) Problem - HELP!!

Hi everybody,
I am stuck in this simple installation , I don't know to
to solve it.
I have the following scenario:
Windows Installer 3.1 v.2 (3.1.4000.2435)
Office 2003 SP2 (Outlook 2003 11.6568.6568)
Windows XP SP2 (Build 2600.xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301-1519)

and I cannot install any Junk-Email update, I am
including the log file. Don't tell me that I have to uninstall Windows
Installer because I don't want to run any risk to install the OS and all the
programs again.
