Junk e-mail filter

I added words to the "filters.txt" file but junk e-mail
continues to arrive in my inbox? I have the junk and
adult content filters on and still I end up with lost of
junk mail. What can I do short of buying additional
software? Shouldn't Microsoft have a solution for this
after the amount of money that I paid?
