Junk E-Mail for Office2003 work in Win2000 but not in WinXP

I have two computers, as it seen in subject; both are on the same table in my
front. I open same client (Outlook2003) from same Exchange Server (2003). In
Laptop (Windows XP professional SP2) all junk e-mails are in inbox; after
this I open the desktop (Windows 2000 professional SP4), and all the spasm
are going very nice to Junk E-Mail folder. I have the same setting for both...
The problem starts only after I install the up Update for Outlook 2003 Junk
Email Filter (7/10/2007 KB936557) and is not any help now, when I installed
Outlook 2003 Junk Email Filter (8/14/2007 KB936643).
In Laptop (Windows XP) I have also MS Visio 2007, can this influents the
different filtering for E-Mail?

On the XP machine do you have Outlook configured to used Cached Exchange
Mode as well?
Also verify that you don't have your own address listed as a Safe Recipient.
