Junk E-mail no longer moves to Deleted Items

I installed a small spam filter program that gave me a new toolbar. However,
it did not appear to work, and after installing, the mail marked as 'Junk'
or 'Adult Content' is no longer moved directly to the Deleted Items folder.

Any ideas on how to correct this?
