My junk e-mail protection level is set to exclusive but all spam is going into my inbox instead of the junk e-mail folder. How can I fix this

My junk e-mail protection level is set to exclusive but all spam is going into
my inbox instead of the junk e-mail folder. How can I fix this

Check to see if you have any rules under Tools -> Mailing List Manager or
Tools -> Rules that might be causing this behavior. It is easy to set MLM
rules without realizing it when you designate certain mail as Junk or
non-Junk.
