I just downloaded and updated my Office 2003, there were two upgrades one of
which was a "better" junk email filter.
Problem is, it's already catching "good" email... it routed my online
Fortune magazine subscription into the "junk" folder, so I never would have
seen (since it bypassed the inbox) if I hadn't glanced at the "junk" box.
What are my options and how can I change this:
1) Can I make it "not so strong"? How?
2) Can I turn it totally off...that doesn't seem like a great idea but how
would I do that?
3) Can I tell it to let through certain things...that doesn't seem like a
great idea cause then I'm having to spend time monitoring/evaluating whether
it cut too many emails
Ideas?
Thanks,
George
