JUNK EMAIL FILTER & BLOCK SENDER'S LIST

Whenever I get spam or unwanted emails I right-click it to send to the block
sender's list but I get this message:

"Junk email filter isn't available for your Microsoft Exchange Server email
account because you are working online. To enable the Junk Email Filter for
this account switch to Cached Exchange Mode"

Then after I click OK, it sends it to the Junk Email folder. Do you know why
this happens or what I should do? I did not switch to cached exchange mode,
consulted you first.
