I understand that the Outlook Junk Email filter does not work if in Exchange
Online Mode. We are in Online mode but email does end up in the users junk
email folder. Then if they try to mark as "not junk" or whatever, they get
the notification that the Junk Email filter does not work in online mode. So
there is confusion.
1. If the Junk Email Filter does not work in Online mode, then why does some
email get filtered in to the users Junk email folder?
2. If there is a way to turn off the junk email filter, will the problem go
away? In other words, I don't care if the Junk Email filter is removed, I
just want to stop the confusion among end users.
3. I am also assuming that I should not be sending junk email filter updates
to the end users since it is supposedly not working anyway.
Thanks,
Bart
