When I attempted to download and install the referenced update, I was
prompted to use my installation CD. When I did, I got a message that "a
required installation file, SKU011.CAB could not be found." I also got this
error message: "Error 2902. An internal error has occurred(ixfAssemblyCopy).
Contact your information technology department for assistance."
When I returned to Windows and attempted to open Microsoft Office Outlook, I
get the following:
"Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Unable to open the Outlook Window.
The set of folders could not be opened. The server is not available.
Contact your administrator if the condition persists." The condition does
persist.
My system operates on Windows XP Professional SP2.
What now?
