Outlook 2003 SP2
Exchange Server 2003 SP2
WinXP Pro SP2
I have an Exchange Server 2003 SP2 at the office but one of my remote
workstations that uses Outlook 2003 SP2 isn't getting ANY junk email
filtering.
The junk email filter options are HIGH & Don't turn on links...
The quantity of junk emails on this workstation going to the Junk E-Mail
folder is about 1 out of 200+ - at best!
On another workstation using the same Exchange Server the other user
receives a lot more junk email but only receives (sees) 1 out of every 200
junk emails. Hence, a 99.5%+ catch rate.
So, we're looking at the reverse/flip-side of the good situation.
What's the solution? I've checked on the MS website for any updates for
Office/Outlook 2003 and there are none on BOTH workstations. That is, both
are up-to-date.
FWIW, the first workstation used to use Outlook Web Access much more than
the other (good working junk email filter) workstation. Again, both under
Outlook 2003 and OWA with Exchange 2003.
I baffled.
ANY direction appreciated.
TIA,
Tom
