Junk email folder - Does NOT work

For whatever reason, the junkemail folder decided to stop working. I checked
my settings and it's still set to "high" with a ton of addresses in the
blocked tab.

I read up on the program for deleting the rule so that it can be refreshed
and that did not work either.

Any ideas?
