Junk EMail folder not working - Outlook 2003

RFried

My Junk email folder, even though it is set to HIGH, NEVER has anytrhing in it
and every morning I go through all the junk mail I received and add the new
junk email senders to the junk mail email list by right clicking. I have
hundreds of blocked senders and NOTHING ever goes into my junk email box. I
have even tested and put email lists I am subscribed to in there and it still
doesn't work.

I am using Outlook 2003.
Please help. I am sorry of junk emails and SPAM.

blocked senders is useless - they use different email addresses and the list
can only hold like 2000 names. What type of email account do you use?

I am using a POP3 account. But...I tested whether or not the junk mail was
working by putting in the blocked senders someone who writes me a few times a
day and they still weren't blocked. Something is definitely wrong!!!!

it should work with a pop account... go to tools, options, junk email and
disable it. Ok or Apply and repeat, setting it on high.

This still didn't work. Any other suggestions? Obviously, it isn't working
properly. Is there anything I can do?
