Junk email is blocking voicemail

I have recently installed unified messaging on our phone system. Voicemails
are going into the junk email. I cannot add it to the safe senders list
because it is not coming from an email address. It comes from
"phone_xxx-xxx-xxxx". I tired creating a rule, but for some reason it is not
processing unless I do it manually. I prefer to do it without a rule.
