ONE user in my office is no longer receiving Junk email. It is not going to
his deleted items folder, it is just not there. He thinks it happend when he
applied MS Updates KB938464 and KB954154. We use Outlook 2003 SP3 on an
Exchange server. I have applied the same updates (but one day later than
him) and I'm fine. So far I've checked: 1. Junk email settings - they look
normal ("Permanently delete" is NOT checked). 2. Auto Archive - looks ok.
3. Rules - nothing abnormal here, either. We use TrendMicro security, and
his settings for this are the same as mine. He has been scanned for viruses,
and he was ok. He does not seem to be running any add-on program that would
manage junk mail. What's going on?
