Junk eMail Notification ??@#$(*&@$!!

How can I configure Outlook 2003 beta to not notify me
(with the envelope in the bottom right) that new eMail has
arrived. If it's junk eMail, I don't want to be alerted
to it! Thanks for any help on this!
