Junk Email Problem on outlook 2003

Hi,

This is regarding Junk E-Mail problem on outlook 2003 client. We found
that lot of genuine mails are getting moved to junk E-Mail folder on
outlook 2003 mail client.
We are using
OS : HP-UX 11.11
Sendmail : 8.9
QPoper : 4.0

We are facing this problem(Junk E-Mail) after we have migrated our
clients from office XP to office 2003. We have checked from send mail
part and as well as qpoper side also. I mean we have upgraded qpoper &
send mail still, the same problem persists.
Please help me to solve this problem.

Have you tried using the Safe lists to see if that helps?

This filtering(Safe recipients) does not work properly in outlook. Only
work 2003 around solution for this problem is to make no filtering
option in Junk Email options. Is there any way in outlook to treat
every mail as genuine.
