This is driving me nuts. I'm using Entourage 2004.
I changed my Junk Email Protection Setting to "Exclusive" and Entourage is
simply not marking mail as Junk.
This setting should mark and move anything that is not from somebody in my
Address Book or in the Safe Domain List to the Junk E-Mail folder, right?
What's even worse, if I run the "Apply Junk E-Mail Protection" option
against my Junk E-Mail folder, which contains bogus emails, Entourage will
change the status on a bunch of those emails to Not Junk.
I've scoured various sites tonight looking for an answer to no avail. I'm
on OSX 10.3.6 using Entourage 11.1.0.
Any ideas on what I can do to make this work? I love Entourage, but if I
can't get Junk E-Mail working, it's not worth it for me.
Thanks,
Randy
