Junk Email - Spam

Using the Rules Wizard in MS Outlook I can block spam by setting rules for
emails where my name:

Is in the "CC" field
Is in the "CC" or "To" fields
and
Is not in the "To" field

But, there is no option to set a rule that blocks emails where my name is
not in the "To" or "CC" field. Does anyone know how to do this?

You can create a rule that acts on all messages and include the "except if
my name is in the To or Cc box" exception. If you get a message addressed
to you and your name is not in To or Cc, the only place left is Bcc.
