JUNK EMAIL STILL IN MY INBOX AFTER FILTERS

I posted a question that I got another questions asked in return but I
responded and got no response to the matter at hand. Ok, I am using Outlook
2003. Before I upgraded from 2000, I deleted all rules. As a result, all
messages were going into my inbox, including those unwanted Adult/Junk
Emails. I am using the Junk Email Filter as well as adding those to the
Blocked Sender's list. It seemed to function correctly until I started to
notice that those unwanted emails STILL are going to my Inbox while most are
going to the Junk Email folder. There would be about 3-5 of those unwanted
emails in my Inbox. Suggestions for the Spam after the filters, block lists?
