Junk Filter not working on IMAP folder Outlook 2003 BTR2

HI All,

I've installed Outlook 2k3 with Beta Technical Refresh 2,
and have found that the junk mail filter doesn't have any
effect on my IMAP inboxes. Even the blocked sender list
doesn't work.

According to
http://www.microsoft.com/office/ork/xp/beta/three/ch7/OutB
07.htm it should be able to.

Do I need to set some sort of synchronisation option so
that the filter can see the entire message, rather than
just the initial header download?

A little more information: I've found that when I open
the message (in a new window, not in the reading pane),
then the junk filter kicks in. Obviously, that's a
complete waste.
