Junk filter stopped working

Hello,

I installed the "Microsoft Expression Web Designer" beta yesterday and my
junk e-mail filter stopped working. I have rebooted, removed the
Expressions beta, and reset the junk filters but still nothing.

Any suggestions on how to fix it?
