Junk filters in Outlook 2003 recently quit working although they have been
functioning fine for years. After searching around, I think that the problem
may be related to my recent install of Expression Web 2. I can't recall
exactly, but the junk filters may have quit at about the same time.
Information:
WinXP PRO sp3
Office 2003 Pro sp3
Expression Web 2 (12.0.4518.1084)
- upgrade version - registered and licensed

I cannot remove the junk filter update KB949044 4/9/08.. error:
"The installation source for this product is not available. Verify that the
source exists and that you can access it."
Can't reinstall either:

"The update cannot be installed"
Searched for OUTLFLTR.DAT, and found 3:
1.4.6303.153 at \Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11
12.0.4515.1304 at \Program Files\Microsoft Expression\Web 2\Office12
and another one at
\WINDOWS\Installer\$PatchCache$\Managed\9040111900063D11C8EF10054038389C\11.0.5614
I can't go back to the restore point as the Junk filter update was applied 6
months ago and EW2 was installed 2 months ago.
Any ideas?
Thanks Bob
