Junk Mail Filter on Time Message Received

Had a request for setting up a filtering rule based on the time the
message was received.

User wants to move all messages received from 10:00pm to 5am to the
junk mail folder.

Example: messages received tuesday after 10:00pm moved to junk mail
folder and messages received before 5am on wednesday moved to junk mail
folder.

I can not come up with a good rule that will allow this.

Time is based on Central Standard Time if that helps.

Any help?
