Junk Mail filter stopped working

Hi

My Outlook 2003 Junk Mail filter just stopped working, and I can't figure
out why. I've got 50 junk mails during the last few days, where I usably
only get one or max two.

Here is what I checked:

1. I'm running against an Exchange Server 2003, and I enabled "Used Cached
Exchange Mode" on my computer
2. I've set the Tools -> Options -> Junk E-mail Options, to High.

Of cause I restarted my machine, and I made sure that I'm properly connected
to the Exchange Server.

What else should I check?
