Junk Mail Filter Suddenly Stopped Working

I am running Office Outlook 2003 SP2 with all of the latest updates.
Suddenly, last week, the Junk Mail filter suddenly stopped working. This
morning, after a weekend, I had over 150 messages in my In box, most of which
would normally go to the Junk Mail folder, which is now empty.

I checked the Tools, Options, Preferences, Junk E-mail and everything looks
like it should be working correctly. The Filter is set to High. But, for
some reason, things are not working.

Suggestions? Ideas???
