Junk Mail Filter Update Not Working

Hi

I have win xp pro sp2 and office pro 2003 and from the last two updates I
have noticed that all else is installing except the latest "junk mail filter"
for Outlook 2003. Is this a general thing and can I tick some box or
override some setting to fix it?
