Junk Mail Filter

Hi, another entourage problem. I have my junk mail filter on the
exclusive option so it should only accept messages from people in my
address book into the inbox.. This, however is not the case, I still
get about 20/30 spam emails a day from strangers... I have tried taking
the exclusive option off and starting again but to no avail.. Please
help as I really, trully don't need to buy vicodin or get a penis
enlargment..
