junk mail freak out

Suddenly my junk mail filter sends all my mail to the junk mail folder. I erased all of the items in the junk mail rules box, but it still does it. It only does it when I run "run now", not when the system is running. Anyone have a clue as to how to check the 'internal' junk mail filter

w/out reading.
