After furious head scratching, Lewis SHanks asked:
| I am using Outlook 2003. Suddenly, all of the junk mail seems to be
| coming into my "IN" folder instead of junk mail.

| Thanks

| | The folder with the crossed circle is the default Junk Mail folder.
| It does not mean it is not functioning - it is how it is displayed on
| all versions of outlook.
|
| What version are you using and why do you think the Junk Mail filter
| is no longer working?

|| For some reason my Junk Mail function seems to have been shut off.
|| The folder has a red circle with a line through it (meaning it is
|| off?), but I cannot figure out how to start it up again. Help, as I
|| am now getting all of that junk mail in my in box.
||
|| Thanks
