JUNK MAIL IS NOT SENT TO DELETED FOLDER

Dear users,
I use Kaspersy Internet security Suite 8 and Office 2007.
When I EMPTY the JUNK MAIL folder in Outlook it's supposed to move to the
emails to the DELETED FOLDER. This is no t happening and the mails are
probably permanently deleted.

Emptying the Junk Mail folder permanently deletes the items, it doesn't move
the items anywhere.
