Junk Mail Problem

I had posted a question earlier in this group and since
then I am receiving a lot of junk mails in my inbox. Can
anyone please help me in disabling them.
If this is not a right group to post such a question,
could you please tell me whome should I contact.

You should never use your real email address for this or any newsgroup.
Unfortunately, spammers have programs that harvest email addresses from the
newsgroups. You'll have to either wait it out, or invest in an anti-spam
program.
