Junk mail problems

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: pop Hi there (and happy new year to whomever reads this)

My question: how can I get Entourage to accept to recognize a site as junk. I have been receiving mail from a couple of sources which, MONTHS AGO, I designated as junk mail, but they keep appearing in my regular mail window!! As far as I know (because I have checked)everything checks out: there are never any apparent changes to the mailer's address or to any other characteristic. It's really weird because I have tried whatver I could to make sure it gets identified as junk... but no, Entourage just refuses to accept it.

Thanks

Emile

Add them to your Address Book and assign the category Junk to the contact.
Also check to be sure there are not other entries in the Address Book for
this domain. If there are, assign the junk category to them.

Something else just happened too. I got rid of the Microsoft News Group (in Accounts), but it seems to have wiped out the left hand column where you see all the folders (Inbox, Outbox, sent, etc.) what dumb thing did I do now?

Thanks again.

Under View in the Menu bar select Show Folder list. Usually, it's the top
tool bar that users turn off. :)
