Junk mail questions

I've recently converted over from Outlook 2008 to Entourage 2008. In
Outlook, once I labeled an email from a sender as Junk, all future emails
from that sender were automatically sent to the junk folder -- that doesn't
seem to be the case in Entourage. What am I missing?

Also, some emails come in highlighted with the junk flag, but for some
reason they are not moved to the junk folder. Again, what am I missing to
make them auto-moved to junk mail?

There are 3 different kind of rules in Entourage:

Mailing List Manager (MLM)
Junk Mail Filter
Rules (custom rules you create)

They run in the order listed above. The custom rules also run in the order
they are listed. (top runs first)

I suspect that one of the above type of rules is acting on the message. Try
unchecking your rules and see what happens. If you give us some examples of
your rules, we might be able to spot what is going wrong. You can take
screenshots of your rules and send them to me off list and I'll see if I can
spot something if you don't find the problem.
