Junk Mail sent by me!

I'm getting junk mail from myself! When I look at who sent it it says it was
me which it was not. How can I filter or stop this. I looked in rules and I
can't find a rule that would apply for e-mail from me to me. Any ideas please?

I'm running OL 2007 on Vista business

Sure you can create a rule just like that. Where do you get stuck?
You'll need to start with a blank rule.

Simply create a blacklisting rule that looks for e-mails sent from your
own e-mail address. It is fairly obvious what is the clause you add
when creating a rule that looks for the sender's e-mail address in an
e-mail.
