I have read the previous threads and I still have this problem:

Email addresses are in Contacts
Domain is marked Safe
No MLMs
No Rules

And messages from one domain are still getting dumped in the Junk Mail folder.

Please advise!

Thanks.

No rules and Mailing List Manager rules so that eliminates the usual
suspects. Try removing it from Safe Domains. I've never heard of safe
domains being corrupted, but there is always a first time. Regardless, safe
domains has never been a reliable way to deal with spam.

Try deleting the contact and re-enter to see if that helps.

Check the headers from one of those messages and see if it is being marked
as spam some way by the server.

Create a rule, but first add a category to all these "safe" messages

From is in category "safe messages"

Change Status "not junk E-mail"
Move to folder xxx

If none of these help, the next step would be to test in a new Identity in
Entourage.
