Junk Mail (Using MS Windows XP)

Need answers to help with not getting junk mail anymore.
I am not a TECH person but I need to know what I can do
to block my e-mail address from a Website I am visiting.
I may go and surf the WEB at lunch time and then the next
morning I get tons of junk mail about sites that I KNOW I
DID NOT visit. Also, if I am surfing and interested in
more info, I do not give out my company e-mail address,
but I do give my personal address for replies. It seems I
get more and more eveyday at the office. Is there a way
to hide my e-mail address when I am out browsing?
In this request I my giving you my office e-mail.

Does yr office have a firewall app installed? or any spam filters - it seems
unlikely
You may also, if yr able, to download and run Adaware
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/ this will delete spyware on yr pc
If you send mail frm yr office, even using a personal address, the
'properties' of that mail will show the actual address it was sent frm.
Disguise or give a false address in yr ng account
