JunkMail filter should catch emails from incomplete domain

I've notcied a lot that I cannot mark something as Junk mail because it has
an improper address (an incomplete domain to be precise) so Outlook cannot
add it to their blocked sender list.

Generally, I think if it is marked as coming from an improper email address,
the people put in the email address, and does not come from a legal mail
server. Real people/businesses have proper email addresses. It's a clever
ploy because most programs don't allow you to block improper email addresses,
on the assumption you typed it wrong.

I think Outlook should automatically mark something with an improper email
format as Junk mail (i.e. WilliamSonje2850@johncarrollphotogra --notice the
email address is incomplete. If it had come from Sonje Williams, it would
have come from (e-mail address removed) . This junkmail
person stole that address but it was too many characters for their faking
program, or as I suggested above, it is a clever ploy to make it unblockable.)

FYI, I use Outlook 2003 (v11.something somthing)
