Recently, a second Junkmail folder materialized inside my Inbox. The other
regular Junkmail folder still exists. Why did this new Junkmail folder
create itself and how do I get rid of it? I didn't do anything different.
Incoming mail will go into either junk mail folder and I can't tell how it
decides which folder to go into.
