Hi Charles,
when you say "set up", do you mean that you are suing a schedule to make
Entourage download incoming messages automatically? If yes, then there's
also a way to get it to synchronise the junk mail folder at the same time.
Go to Tools>Run Schedule>Edit Schedules and select the one that deals with
your Hotmail account. Click on the "Click here for account options" button
in the Action section, and in the window that shows up, make sure the box
next to Junk E-Mail is checked.
If you do not use schedules, then clicking on the Hotmail Junk E-Mail folder
in Entourage's folder list should force the application to download any
messages in that folder manually. If anything is unclear, or if you need
further instructions, post back.
I setup entourage to have all the mail in my hotmail Account downloaded..Now
is there a way to get the junkmail downloaded as well because I can't seem
to get it...The reason why is that sometimes I get important emails that
gets sent there and I want to make sure I don't miss anything..
